Voyager House Staines-upon-Thames

Union4 secured planning permission via a successful Planning Appeal for the construction of a single storey rooftop extension to an existing residential building known as Voyager House in Staines-upon-Thames. The existing building comprises six residential units and Union4 worked with our client and Brooks-Murray Architects to secure permission for two additional residential units as part of the rooftop extension. 

The Planning Inspector agreed with our position that the design was acceptable and would not result in overlooking or loss of light to neighbouring properties. The Appeal Decision was issued in June 2025.
