Union4 secured planning consent for this mixed use 6 storey development of 101 residential homes and 1,300 sqm of commercial floorspace, spanning Camberwell New Road to the west and Camberwell Green to the east. The development upgraded and widened the existing Camberwell Passage, which runs along the southern elevation of the development, and it was agreed that the development would enhance the character of the Camberwell Green Conservation Area.
