Station Street Portsmouth
Following a detailed pre application process and close liaison with Portsmouth City Council, the Design Review Panel, local residents and many other stakeholders, Union4 has managed and submitted a full planning application for an 8,000sqm office building on a vacant car park site, within Portsmouth city centre, adjacent Portsmouth and Southsea Railway Station. The building will become a new regional hub for HMRC, employing in the region of 900 members of staff. It will also benefit from a new landscaped public square and highway improvements along Station Street. The highly sustainable building will meet BREEAM Outstanding standards and demonstrate exemplary levels of accessibility and inclusivity.
