Deepcut Bridge Road Camberley

Union4 Planning secured planning permission via a successful Planning Appeal for a dwelling house at Deepcut Bridge Road in Camberley. Union4 worked alongside PSD Architects on the project and prepared a Planning Appeal to justify the development of a new dwelling house in the ‘Countryside Beyond the Green Belt’. The key planning considerations included the impact of the proposed dwelling house on the countryside location and the impact on the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area (SPA). Union4 presented a successful case on both points and the Planning Inspectorate concluded that the development complied with the sustainable development goals of national planning policy and allowed the Appeal in January 2024.
