Union4 Planning worked with PSD Architecture in preparing and co-ordinating a planning application on behalf of Brett Property Group. The application related to a parcel of land at Newcastle Road in Reading, with the proposed development comprising the construction of 9 new family-sized dwelling houses, together with car and cycle parking, landscaping and associated works. Union4 put forward the planning case for the development of the site and provided on-going advice to the client and project architect in relation to a range of planning and environmental considerations. Reading Borough Council resolved to grant planning permission for the development in January 2024.
