Hays House Guildford

U4 has secured planning permission for the refurbishment and extension of Hays House in Guildford. Located in a prime town centre position, the building currently serves as office space. The site, which is constrained and situated within a Conservation Area, is surrounded by listed buildings and overlooks the River Wey.

The approved plans include a refreshed façade, an extension to the building, and significantly improved end of journey facilities. There will be enhancements to the main entrance including the provision of step free access, cycle storage facilities and improved tenant facilities on each floor.
