Union4 secured planning consent for the consolidation of existing oil related operations at the site and the construction of an aggregates handling depot, utilising the adjoining rail terminal for the movement of materials. The project involved Local Plan promotion and close liaison with local parish councils and will secure the economic use of this brownfield site and important rail infrastructure.
