Planning granted for the installation of diesel powered generators and associated infrastructure for the provision of Flexible Generation Facilities to provide energy balancing services via the Government’s recently introduced Capacity Market, part of the Electricity Market Reform Act, for the National Grid, designed to ensure the UK has sufficient energy provision.
