Union4 secured planning permission for a new campus for South Staffordshire College. The redevelopment of the site for the college includes the demolition of the existing Co-Operative Society building for the development of a four storey building comprising general & specialist teaching spaces, learning & study spaces, support & administrative spaces and public-facing training spaces. The relocation of South Staffordshire's Tamworth campus will be included within the greater redevelopment of Tamworth, as recipients of the Future High Streets Fund.
