Cross Farm Surrey
Union4 Planning co-ordinated the planning process for a change of use application for an unused farm building to a substantial 3-bedroom dwelling in the historic village of Shackleford. This involved providing strategy advice after an initial site appraisal including the provision of heritage guidance, putting an expert team together, and the preparation and submission of a full planning application. The site is located within the Green Belt, in the Shackleford conservation area, within the Surrey Hills National Landscape and within an Area of Great Landscape Value. We were also able to overcome sustainable location concerns as part of this. Union4 are therefore delighted to have secured this planning permission on behalf of our client.
