Union4 Planning has secured planning permission for Effingham Golf Club. The consent is for 5 two-storey replacement homes, 3 attached and 2 detached, including parking and landscaping, following the demolition of existing buildings at Warren Farm Cottages, Guildford Road, Effingham. This permission was achieved in the Green Belt, including a significant increase in footprint, spread of development and floor area. The location is close to various constraints including a National Landscape area and public footpath. The two storey properties all have parking and sizeable private gardens.
