Maytree Close Rainham

Union4 co-ordinated the planning process for the development of four family-sized dwelling houses on a site at Maytree Close in Rainham. The site was designated as ‘Open Space’ within the Havering Local Plan (adopted in November 2021). However, the site was in poor and unkempt condition, offering little or no benefit to the public. 

Union4 worked with our client and Brooks Murray Architects to put forward a positive case for the development of the site to include much-needed family-sized homes, landscaping, and children’s play space. Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Havering in May 2025.
