Working with AAP Architecture we successfully secured the principle of an additional dwelling with an improved design on garden land in the built-up area of Knaphill, Woking. The site has a long history of multiple refusals and appeal losses, therefore this was a fantastic achievement and team effort to get the final positive decision over the line.
