Union4 prepared and so-ordinated a planning application for the change of use of an existing commercial unit to a boxing gym in a prominent commercial building on the King’s Road. The application required on-going consultation and dialogue with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and statutory consultees, including advice on measures to mitigate acoustic impacts during operational hours.
