Union4 secured planning and listed building consent for internal and external works to this Grade I listed building alongside Regents Park. The approval allows for internal reconfiguration, excavation of the existing vaults and connection to the lower ground floor, partial infilling of the lower ground terrace, works to the roof terrace and conversion of the integral garage to living space. The project required sensitive consideration of built and underground heritage, requiring close liaison with the LPA’s conservation and archaeology officers.
