Read here: 2025 Spring Newsletter
It’s been a busy start to 2025, with the planning sector leaping forward with some fundamental changes in policy and legislation. The publication of the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) in December meant that the tone was set by the time the industry returned from the festive break.
The publication of the updated Planning Practice Guidance (the PPG) in late February provided further detail on how to interpret the revised policy context. Then in late March, saw the new Planning and Infrastructure Bill, which aims to speed up the planning process, amongst other objectives.
This newsletter includes some of the key issues and opportunities going forward and highlights some of our achievements over the last year.
