Union4 have been involved in securing multiple consents for the redevelopment of former educational buildings on Wye High Street. Comprising the change of use to residential and refurbishment of buildings fronting High Street to create 4 homes and demolition of obsolete structures and lecture theatre to the rear of these and provision of 2 new build homes. Given the sites location within a Conservation Area, AONB (National Landscape) and in close proximity to multiple listed assets, design quality and local vernacular have been key to securing these consents.
