We successfully gained approval at appeal following public inquiry for a 40MW solar farm in Sittingbourne, Kent. The Inspector agreed that the scheme’s substantial public benefits, including clean energy for 11,500 homes, displacement of over 8,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually, and an exceptional 197% biodiversity net gain, clearly outweighed any harms, delivering a major renewable energy project aligned with national and local net zero ambitions.
