The scheme at Occupation Road will remove the existing buildings, including research glasshouses, foundations, heating systems and infrastructure/piping on site for the construction of 40 new dwelling houses and associated access. The scheme includes areas of open space, a visitor car park adjacent to Occupation Road, internal roads, landscaping and sustainable drainage systems.
