The former ADAS site scheme comprises one of 3 residential developments in the settlement of Wye, which will deliver 100 new family homes in a vibrant village setting. The proposals will include high quality dwellings positioned around new village greens and the protection and reuse of nationally important Grade I and II listed buildings. Union4 have provided ongoing advice through the planning, Public Inquiry and conditions phases.
