Union4 acted on behalf of Advantage Padel Ltd in co-ordinating the planning process for a new padel tennis centre at Daleside Road in Nottingham. The project involved the preparation and submission of a planning application for the change of use and physical adaptation of an existing industrial warehouse building. The application was supported by a Sequential Test Report, which was needed to demonstrate why an out-of-centre location was selected for a proposed leisure use. Planning permission was granted by Nottingham City Council in May 2025.
