We co-ordinated the planning process for the conversion and extension of existing office and light industrial buildings at Legard Works in Islington. The project involved a series of prior approval and full planning applications to facilitate the conversion of the existing buildings and associated development works. The resulting scheme provides a mix of new office space and new residential units, which respects the historic industrial character of the site while also complementing the prevailing residential character of the surrounding area.
