Union4 have appraised potential sites and secured planning consent for numerous data centre related projects across the country, ranging from extensions and refurbishments to existing centres, to largescale new-build, standalone facilities. We are also involved in multiple projects for mixed use facilities, utilising heat produced from the data centre element, to benefit other uses within the same site.
