Gordon Road is a large-scale residential scheme which will see the removal of outdated telephone exchange and warehouse buildings to make way for 142 new residential units within 3 blocks (Phase I). The development will provide a substantial contribution to Ealing's housing stock, whilst also including significant public realm improvements and the potential for additional units as part of a future Phase II.
