Marketfield Way is a comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment scheme comprised of a multi-screen cinema, retail, restaurant and cafe units with residential apartments above. The buildings are part five, part six, part ten and part thirteen storeys with basement car parking. The scheme included significant public realm enhancements, amenity spaces and provision of 150 new residential units.
