Union4 co-ordinated the planning process for the redevelopment of an industrial site at Woodcourt Court in Farnborough to provide 7 high-quality residential dwellings in an established residential area. The process involved extensive consultation with Rushmoor Borough Council and local stakeholders, followed by the preparation of a full planning application and on-going planning advice to the Client through to the grant of planning permission.
