Union4 co-ordinated the planning process for a rooftop extension to Venture House at London Road in Staines-upon-Thames. The proposed development involved the upward extension of an existing residential building to create 5 new residential flats. We prepared and co-ordinated the planning application and liaised with Spelthorne Borough Council to secure planning permission for the scheme in March 2024.
