Our team provided planning and heritage advice on this project, obtaining permission and consent for demolition of a Grade II curtilage listed building and its replacement with a larger garage barn in Guildford, working with local architect Richard Bayley. This followed successful planning permissions for establishing the commercial use on the Green Belt site, two extensions to a storage building and new access to split commercial uses from residential.
