The regeneration of Bedford Riverside is a leisure focused scheme on the banks of the River Great Ouse and adjoining the town centre conservation area and key listed buildings. The development comprised a modern hotel design which successfully frames a new public square and is complemented by a new Vue Cinema, a range of flexible retail and hospitality units, new apartment buildings, affordable housing and a pedestrian and cycle bridge over the river, connecting the town centre.
