Goddington Lane Orpington

Union4 Planning co-ordinated the planning process for the development of two new residential dwellings at Goddington Lane in Orpington. This involved an initial site appraisal, pre-application consultation with Bromley Council, and the preparation and submission of a full planning application. Union4 secured planning permission on behalf of our client, following which we secured a series of design amendments through a Section 73 application.
