We are delighted to have unanimously secured planning consent from Wokingham BC Planning Committee, on behalf of Frasers Property UK, for 2 new sound stages at their Winnersh Triangle Business Park.

The development is a key constituent of the growing creative quarter in Winnersh Triangle, providing additional floorspace to strengthen the film industry in the Borough, creating significant levels of employment.

The proposals will help to address the shortfall in available film production space in the UK, with the site becoming one of the largest Virtual Production Stages in Europe and a hub for the film industry.

The scheme also deliverers extensive soft landscaping, Biodiversity Net Gain well above the required levels and traffic calming within the Business Park.
