Planning Consent in Sidcup
Union4 are delighted to announce that they have secured a resolution to grant planning consent for the redevelopment of 124 Station Road, Sidcup, on behalf of Coplan Estates (Sidcup) Ltd, following consideration by LB Bexley Planning Committee. The scheme will deliver 59 residential flats above an enlarged (circa 1,100 sqm) ground floor retail unit. The development rises to 9 storeys and sat adjacent Sidcup Railway Station, is considered a key regeneration site within this part of the town, providing improved retail and parking facilities and an important boost of LB Bexley housing targets.
